PAIA Manual and Disclosure
In terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”), Seshego Benefit Consulting (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2005/005855/07) has compiled a PAIA Manual setting out the procedures for requesting access to records held by the Company.
This manual describes the categories of records held, how personal information is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”), and the process for submitting a request for access to information.
The manual is available for inspection, free of charge, at the Company’s registered address during normal business hours, and may also be downloaded below.
